We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and managing partnerships with clients in the construction industry in the United Kingdom;
  • Continuously identifying new B2B partners and developing the existing client portfolio;
  • Applying modern sales methods: negotiation, presentation, and handling customer objections;
  • Achieving sales targets and reporting performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or call center role;
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level);
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the constantly changing market demands;
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
