Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact for drivers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing tailored logistics solutions
• Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure on-time delivery and high customer service
• Monitor and optimize dispatch processes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
• Multi-tasking and dynamic person;
• Previous experience in logistics (USA & Canada)
• Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
