Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

About Us:

The Maintenance Manager will take charge of overseeing and directing all maintenance activities within our fleet department. This includes planning oil changes, coordinating truck routing for repairs to shops and our yard, and ensuring the fleet operates efficently. As the Maintenance Manager, you will manage all inbound phone calls, provide expert support to drivers with their over-the-road (OTR) issues, and address their operational needs with authority and precision.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a management-level role within a similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.

Requirements:

• Expertise in delivering outstanding customer support service.
• Fluency in both written and verbal English, as you will primarily communicate with US citizens.
• Strong background in handling mechanical and maintenance-related challenges.
• Prior experience in the trucking industry is a major plus.
