Compensation:

Responsibilities:
As a Truck Dispatcher, you’ll:
- Negotiate with shippers and brokers to secure top-paying loads.
- Ensure our fleet is consistently loaded and on the move with valuable freight.
- Strategically plan driver routes across the U.S.
- Manage multiple drivers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
- Quickly resolve challenges or emergencies during transit.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speakers.
- Experience - not less than 1 year
- Excellent communicators and proactive problem solvers.
- Detail-oriented team players who can also work independently.
- Candidates available to work from the office.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
