Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the sales department
  • Hire, train, and mentor new sales representatives
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract trucking companies and owner-operators
  • Meet sales targets by effectively managing the team
  • Track performance and submit reports on sales activities
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
  • Proven experience as B2B Sales Manager/Director (minimum 2 years)
  • Fluent in English, Russian and Romanian, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
