Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the sales department
- Hire, train, and mentor new sales representatives
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract trucking companies and owner-operators
- Meet sales targets by effectively managing the team
- Track performance and submit reports on sales activities
- Use CRM tools to manage leads
- Collaborate with dispatchers and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Proven experience as B2B Sales Manager/Director (minimum 2 years)
- Fluent in English, Russian and Romanian, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
