Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage clients' travel reservations from initial inquiry to finalization
- Deliver exceptional customer service, striving to exceed expectations
- Coordinate international travel arrangements
- Maintain and expand the customer database by supporting existing contacts and cultivating new relationships
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices in travel
- Fluent in written and spoken English at an advanced level
- Experience in ticket sales for business class is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Proven sales experience
- We also provide training for agents with experience in selling economy class tickets or working as a trucking dispatcher
