What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting travelers with bookings, itinerary adjustments, and general inquiries.
• Providing timely and accurate support via phone and email.
• Anticipating customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Working alongside sales and booking teams to streamline processes.
• Identifying and reporting technical issues to improve service efficiency.
• Sharing insights to enhance the overall travel experience.
