Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data, create performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role within sales.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive the performance of the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize sales processes.
- Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
