Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Analyze sales data, create performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role within sales.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive the performance of the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize sales processes.
  • Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
