Technical Support Specialist

An international digital marketing group is hiring in Moldova. We have developed a number of successful projects in the digital advertising & online gaming industries and are looking to grow our operation in Moldova.

We are looking to complete our team with a Technical Support Specialist / IT Support Specialist.
 
The ideal candidate has:

• Basic knowledge about   frontend / WordPress / how to build a simple website
• Some experience in manual testing or other technical roles
• Experience in other technical tools ( customer support, ticket support, other )
• Attention to details
• Medium English

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with CRM and other internal tools
• Updates Excel files and other platforms
• Documents and evaluates test results
• Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
• Reviews test procedures 
• Partners with engineers and marketing department to solve technical issues
