Technical Product Analyst

As a Technical Product Analyst at Moorwand Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, technical operations, and implementation teams to successfully deliver high-quality fintech solutions. You will analyze technical requirements, identify gaps, and provide insights to drive product improvements and optimizations.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with other teams to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing products, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and innovation.
• Work closely with engineering and developer teams of our third-party providers to ensure alignment between product requirements and technical implementation.
• Perform technical feasibility assessments for new features and functionalities, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to prioritize and refine product features.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve product functionality.
• Testing new tools systems and APIs before release to the business and clients, for example, logic, integration to third-party providers, rule-based systems alerts, and improvements
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
• Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and recommending actions to drive product success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to inform product decisions.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working as a Technical Product Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in a software development or close environment.
• Understanding or experience in banking or the payments (fintech) industry (any level).
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• API testing experience.
• Experienced in working with SQL databases.
• Experienced in analyzing technical requirements, writing user guides, and creating technical documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Desirable experience with ticketing tools like Freshdesk, Service Now, or others.
• Desirable experience with project management tools such as Jira, or similar.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar in the Product Management field are a plus.
