Technical Director

Location: Orhei, Republic of Moldova
”Orhei-Vit”, a leading producer of fruit and vegetable preserves, is looking for an experienced Technical Director with solid expertise in managing production equipment (concentrated juice lines, Tetra Pak, etc.), energy, electrical systems, water, and wastewater infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire production equipment fleet.
• Ensure the optimal operation of the company's energy and electrical systems.
• Supervise water and wastewater networks, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and efficiency standards.
• Monitor and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment.
• Collaborate with all departments to optimize production flow and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical regulations and standards in the food industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, energy, or similar).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and management of production equipment, electrical power, water, and wastewater systems.
• Leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
