Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial screening;
- Conducting all types of interviews;
- Communicating with all candidates;
- Promoting the Company to candidates at all stages of contact;
- Sending interview/initial orientation invitations to candidates;
- Providing support to existing teams;
- Showing leadership and attitude, that will take the facility to another level;
- Taking initiative in implementing all facets of HR functions;
- Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth, and initiative

Requirements:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition at least 1 year is required;
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks;
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates proactively;
- Minimum required level of English B2;
- Fluent Russian and Romanian are mandatory;
- People-oriented and open to assisting and supporting;
- Ability to think structurally and organize large amounts of information;
- Good oral and written communication skills, multitasking, and responsible;
- Confident PC user: MS Office, Google Docs.
