Responsibilities:
- Organizing and planning all stages of opening a new store immediately after signing the contract;
- Analyzing the dimensions ︁and layout of the store to create an optimal product placement scheme;
- Developing a merchandising concept that aligns with the brand and includes recommendations for product displays;
- Creating and managing project budgets, controlling expenses;
- Interacting with contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications;
- Conducting regular inspections and monitoring the quality of work performed by contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and standards;
- Resolving any issues or problems that arise during the work process and coordinating changes with management;
- Preparing progress reports on project execution for management;
- Analyzing the success of the store opening and identifying potential improvements for future projects.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, management, or related fields;
- Knowledge of English, Russian/Ukrainian languages;
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or project management;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and manage time effectively.
