Senior Full Stack Engineer (70,000 - 75,000 MDL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of intuitive, high-quality UX/UI for our new no-code digital interaction platform, with a strong emphasis on front-end (70% focus).
• Contribute to the back-end architecture that supports seamless and scalable user experiences (30% focus).
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring that every detail is perfected and that the end product aligns with our high standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design to build a platform that is both powerful and easy to use.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.
• Expertise in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go, particularly in supporting front-end operations.
• Always think from the client’s perspective, ensuring that the products you build meet user needs, not just engineering goals.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex UI/UX for no-code or low-code platforms.
• Proficient in container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to deliver polished, user-centric designs in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
