An international digital marketing group is hiring in Moldova. We have developed a number of successful projects in the digital advertising & online gaming industries and are looking to grow our operation in Moldova.
We are looking to complete our team with a Senior Delivery Manager. You will be working closely with management and department team leaders in order to complete IT projects on time.
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong English skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to express himself clearly and concise
- "Get it done" attitude and desire to learn and improve
- Background in IT
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to define project roadmaps and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, track risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and delivery processes to improve efficiency.
- Report project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
