Sales Manager
Since 2014, Capital Linguists has been helping organizations of all sizes and industries with their translation and interpretation needs.
Our diverse clientele ranges from law firms and universities to governments and mega (F-500] corporations throughout North America.
Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen incredible growth and are currently seeking to add an organized and driven sales professional individual to join our team as Sales Manager.
Duties include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with our current client base.
- Doing cold calling to sell our services to companies.
- Following up on new leads that come in through our marketing campaigns.
- Booking discovery calls with current and new clients
- Listening to customers’ needs and coming up with a plan of action for next steps with our firm.
- Preparing, delivering, and following up on proposals and quotes
- Creating, delivering and following up on invoices
- Providing support through all projects
- Responding to RFPs on the company’s behalf
What you’ll bring to our team:
- 2 years of B2B sales experience. Past experience selling to law firms is a major asset.
- Past experience working as a translation/interpretation project manager would be a plus.
- A high level of organization and an ability to collaborate with both clients and team members of the marketing and project team.
- Able to develop high-quality, impactful emails
- Excellent telephone, oral, and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and on weekends if necessary
- Comfortable facilitating remote meetings and delivering presentations in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Provide a high level of customer service both during clients' events/projects and afterwards.
- Strong desire for both personal and professional growth.
