Retail Network Expansion Manager (Top-Manager, FMCG), Moldova (Chișinău)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sector growth strategies to increase market share;
• Audit and optimize existing processes to boost profitability;
• Launch new store formats, ranging from small outlets to large-scale locations;
• Drive import operations and establish partnerships with new suppliers;
• Develop new sales channels and enhance business processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, Romanian or Russian;
• Degree in Economics, Finance or Law;
• Over 10 years of experience in FMCG with a strong track record in similar projects;
• Deep knowledge of retail network development, strategic planning, and project management;
• Ability to craft and implement long-term and short-term strategies, provide expert recommendations, and drive innovation;
• Skilled in market and competitor analysis, identifying growth opportunities, anticipating trends, and adapting strategies to dynamic conditions;
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire a team toward ambitious goals, with a flexible and results-driven approach;
• Interest in cutting-edge retail technologies and the ability to introduce innovative solutions for competitive advantage.
