Reporting Developer

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Reporting Developer to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards using QlikView, ThoughtSpot, and other relevant BI tools
• Ensure dashboards provide accurate and timely insights that drive business decisions within the Customer Service department
• Generate comprehensive and accurate reports from data within the DWH
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders
• Act as a reporting consultant to business stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on available reports
• Explain existing reports and metrics to stakeholders, ensuring they understand how to interpret and utilize the information
• Identify gaps in existing reports and data tables; create and submit requests for new or enhanced data tables to the Data Warehouse team
• Ensure that data requests align with business requirements and adhere to data governance standards
• Develop data prototypes following Data Warehouse standards that can be transitioned to production by the Data Warehouse team
• Collaborate with the Data Warehouse team to ensure prototypes are scalable and maintainableVerify the accuracy and completeness of reports and dashboards
• Perform regular audits and validations of data to ensure consistency and reliability

what we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting, preferably within the telecommunications industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
• Proven experience with BI tools such as QlikView and ThoughtSpot
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale Data Warehouses
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data prototyping and knowledge of data governance principles
