Job Description:

The Regional Manager at Sebo will play an important role in expanding and strengthening our market presence. This employee will be responsible for coordinating operations in the field, with a direct impact on business development and customer satisfaction. Close collaboration with the local team will be essential to develop customized strategies that meet market demands.

Responsibilities:

Coordination and Support:

• Oversees the team to achieve sales and performance goals, ensuring each member is motivated and well-trained.
• Coordinates the daily activities of the branches and provides support for operational activities.
• Ensures compliance with credit regulations and internal procedures within the units.

Microfinance Strategy:

• Implements sales strategies adapted to the specifics of the local market, promoting company’s products.

Analysis and Improvement:

• Monitors financial and operational results, offering solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency. Reports to management on development and identified challenges, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
• Monitors operational costs at the units’ level, implementing measures to optimize activities to ensure the profitability of each branch.

Leadership:

• Trains and evaluates the team, cultivating a stimulating and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably in microfinance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, with a strong orientation towards results.
• Solid knowledge of microfinance and financial products.
• Availability for business trip.
