Job description: The ideal candidate is comfortable with meeting new people frequently and has the ability to determine candidate’s potential for the vacant position. We expect excellent organizational skills in order for us to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions in the bank and ProCredit Onboarding Programme
- Conduct interviews online, via phone or in-person
- Accept or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as a contact person for questions from candidate
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and LinkedIn Recruiter
- High-energy and passion
