About the Role
As a Technical Sourcer, you will partner with engineering leadership to identify, contact, and engage high caliber engineering professionals to join our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively source, recruit, engage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's culture, values, and business goals to align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Drive recruiting hygiene by accurately capturing all sourcing/recruiting activity in ATS (Zoho).
