Radio Planning and Optimization Engineer (vacancy for fresh graduates)
Responsibilities:
- Radio network knowledge, perform the GSM/LTE/WCDMA/5G wireless equipment radio planning parameterization and parameters optimization
- Development of Wireless Network Performance & Network Optimization guidelines and process for projects purposes
- Support sales, technical sales and marketing in bidding and communication with customers on Wireless equipment issues
- Technical communication with the experts from customer
Requirements:
- University degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic, IT or equivalent
- Knowledge in GSM/LTE/WCDMA/5G technology and UTRAN products, including radio system design and system management, radio resource management
- Knowledge of Huawei, Siemens, Nokia, Ericsson GSM/LTE/UTRAN/5G are an advantage
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures
- Fluent oral and written English
