Qoobus is a fast-growing technology startup that provides a digital platform for logistics companies to connect and exchange their freight or transportation capacity online. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive our business to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from conception to completion, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and monitor progress against these goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, and report on progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, and manage project risks and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
