Requirements:
- Ability to study software and procedures by reading manuals. Ability to self-study and remember large amounts of new information.
- Ability to work during day and night shifts.
- Analytical set of mind.
- Fluent English, employee will have to understand English documentation, will have voice and written communications with English speaking management.All internal documents in the company are written in English.
- Fluent Polish or English writing skills are required, employee will have to communicate with clients based in Poland or Canada, grammar literacy is needed.
Successful candidate will have be prepared for test period of 7 days - 5 days for studding the documentation and passing the test. 2 days of live working environment and passing a second test.
Responsibilities:
- Help customers with their queries via live chat and e-mail;
- Work in Back Office systems, Remote Desktops, VPN's;
- Initial fraud screening for customers;
- Initial fraud screening for credit cards.
Employment Conditions:
- Salary after tax - from 700 Euro
- Monthly bonus depends on amount of hours worked, amount of queries answered, amount of errors made, customer grade, Support Manager grade.
Company will not have a physical office in Chisinau. Work is done remotely from employee's home. Local computer, Internet connection, working environment is full responsibility of employee.
Work shifts are 2+2 (2 work days followed by 2 days off). Total 160 hours a month. Holidays and weekends are work days in the company. Work time: day shift is from 10:00 AM till 22:00 PM (Moldovan time), 1 hour lunch break; night shift is from 22:00 PM till 10:00 AM (Moldovan time), 1 hour lunch break.
