Payroll Specialist

US Software Solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will manage our company’s accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system or distribute paychecks;
• Enter data into databases and spreadsheet;
• Ensure the withholding and/or deductions associated with net pay is done properly;
• Schedule and process supplemental payrolls and on-demand payments, as required;
• Maintain relationships with third-party service providers;
• Prepare reports for upper management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must);
• Prior experience in accounting preferred;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change;
• General understanding of accounting practices and principles;
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
