JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Systematisation, processing and accounting of payments
Accounts receivable management:
- ensuring timely invoicing to clients
- monitoring the payment deadlines from clients
- dealing with overdue debts
- preparing accounts receivable reports for management
Accounts payable management:
- monitoring the payment of supplier invoices within the specified deadlines
- preparation of payment orders
- interacting with suppliers regarding payments and resolving potential disputes
- maintaining reports on accounts payable
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 1-3 years Accounting field, particularly regarding settlements with debtors and creditors
- Experience working with payment solutions or payments
- Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis)
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems (QuickBooks)
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in processing financial data and payments
- Problem-Oriented Thinking: Ability to identify and solve problems related to payments and financial transactions.
- Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and maintaining ethical standards.
- Knowledge of English B2
