Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 2000 trucks on the roads.

In this role you will:

  • Process and verify invoices to ensure accuracy;
  • Keep financial records organized and up to date;
  • Communicate with suppliers to clarify invoice details;
  • Use Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting;
  • Help maintain an efficient invoicing system;
  • Work with colleagues to improve financial processes.

Requirements:

  • University degree, fresh graduate, or student in Economics, Finance, or Accounting;
  • Previous experience in a financial department is a plus, but not required – we provide training;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate invoice processing;
  • Well-organized and able to maintain an efficient invoicing system;
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency;
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors and resolve invoice discrepancies;
  • Reliable, deadline-driven, and ethical in handling financial data.
