Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices
- Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
- Work in the software transport management system.
- Resolve a wide variety requests, which include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations.
