Requirements:
- Proven direct management experience in a mobile operator - leading technical teams (mandatory)
- Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Software Engineering with deep technical knowledge in telecommunications (mandatory)
- Experience managing engineering projects in the communications sector
- Relevant education and/or significant management and technological background
- In-depth knowledge of network components (mandatory)
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment and perform well under pressure
- Willingness to work intensive hours and non-standard schedules
- Process-oriented thinking with strong service mindset and creativity
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive continuous improvement
- Advanced English proficiency mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects and core system implementations
- Handle system failures and incidents to maintain continuous network service for customers
- Ensure network availability and performance according to established KPIs
- Oversee engineering tasks and directives for network development
- Manage and prioritize network operations workflow
- Address customer issues and requirements
- Develop and implement work methodologies, processes, and procedures across department operations
- Manage onboarding process of new customers
