About your key responsibilities and impact:
- Driving and overseeing the seamless integration of payment APIs with international payment systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality;
- Engaging with external payment service providers to facilitate smooth communication, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring timely deliverables;
- Analyzing and interpreting key business metrics related to payment integrations, leveraging insights to enhance monetization strategies and improve customer retention;
- Generating innovative ideas and concepts for payment integrations, transforming them into actionable plans aligned with business objectives;
- Working closely with the development team to implement new product features, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure successful execution.
Essential professional experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Strong understanding of API documentation, billing, and payment systems;
- Proficiency in requirements analysis, project planning, and risk/change management;
- Ability to create clear and structured technical tasks for development and QA teams;
- Experience with sending API requests (via Postman) or basic programming skills;
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Essential professional experience:
- Previous experience in roles such as QA, backend/frontend developer or Product Manager;
- Skills in market research and competitive analysis.
