We're looking for a Marketing manager to join our team in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field will be a strong advantage
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
