What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the finance or banking sector
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
• High professional ethics and integrity
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience in drafting and analysing commercial contracts

Your responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to Management on various topics
• Research and evaluate legal risks associated with business operations and decisions
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties
• Draft and review legal documents to safeguard the company’s full legal standing
• Monitor legislation changes and ensure compliance
• Represent the company in front of state authorities, investors, shareholders, etc.
• Provide support for investor and lender requests with relevant legal documentation.
