Your Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels (online research, databases, social media, cold outreach, etc.)
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our U.S. dispatch services
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Monitor and track lead generation metrics in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up to date on industry trends and market developments to refine targeting strategies

• You have experience (1+ years preferred) in B2B lead generation or a similar role
• You’re organized, analytical, and skilled at identifying promising prospects
• You excel at communication - both written and verbal - and can adapt your approach to different audiences
• You’re proactive and comfortable working independently to meet targets
• You’re adaptable and eager to learn in an evolving market environment
