What You Will Do:

• Create well-structured documents: assist internal teams by preparing initial drafts for client deliverables, including candidate assessment reports, proposals, presentations, and job descriptions.
• Research and compile information: collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for report drafting, using resources like the internet and the company database to ensure the reports are accurate and thoroughly backed by relevant data.
• Uphold high standards: ensure all deliverables align with company standards, delivering work that is both high-quality and impactful.
• Leverage technology for efficiency: utilize AI tools like Co-Pilot for drafting and refining content, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization, ensuring reports are insightful, structured, and aligned with business needs.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and driven by a passion for creating top-notch work.
• Proactive, responsible, and focused on quality.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive information with care.
