Job scope: IT On Site Support
Responsibilities:
- To assist end-users in all IT applications and equipment related issues
- To ensure, as part of the IT team, availability of core IT services (Network, File Servers, Printing, Messaging, Backup & Restore)
- To take part in the implementation of new IT applications and/or management information systems
- To contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of new IT policies within the Firm
- To provide full end-user support in using customized specific applications
- To deliver on the spot and / or regular IT training to staff
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in hardware, software & communication troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Oulook, Networking, Printing solutions
- MSCE/CCNA certification would be an advantage
- A strong team player with very good time management and task follow-up skills
- Highly rigorous in the daily routine but treating all staff requirements with solicitude
- Ability to communicate in English
