We are looking for a strategic, organized, and ambitious Influencer Marketing Manager to expand collaborations, optimize monetization, and ensure smooth production logistics.
 
Responsibilities

• Identify and secure brand collaborations, sponsorships, and barter deals.
• Negotiate contracts and deliverables with brands.
• Manage relationships with influencer agencies and PR teams.
• Organize shooting schedules, locations, and logistics for Valery Fain.
• Coordinate flights, hotels, and travel arrangements for international projects.
• Ensure the smooth execution of content creation plans.
• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement.

Ideal Candidate

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory – all communication, negotiations, and content planning are in English.
• Experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram trends.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of content strategy, audience targeting, and engagement optimization.
• Available for travel and on-location shoots.
