CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
- Experience in harness production is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or similar programs
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English language
- Professional/ technical studies
- Advanced command of MS Office package
- Flexibility and responsibility
- Organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead of industrialization projects with focus on time and cost targets along the global industrialization process
- Select an optimal production concept that supports an efficient operations process along the whole product lifecycle
- Manage launch process and handover to production
- Handles line balancing in the production area
- Creates equipment operating methods
- Coordinates the install and the start-up of the new equipment in the production area
