About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as HR Generalist. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of all areas of HR operations, including Talent Recruitment, Employee Onboarding and Training, Learning & Development, Corporate Culture, and Managing Employee Personnel Records. While prior experience in personnel records management is preferred, it is not mandatory.

General Responsibilities:
- Developing the job descriptions for each position from junior to senior in collaboration with the team managers;
- Managing all job postings and advertising open positions on social media;
- Conducting the entire interviewing process;
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive introduction to the company, completing necessary documentation, and receiving essential training;
- Supporting the implementation of employee training programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing skills and fostering career growth within the organization;
- Contributing to initiatives that promote and maintain a strong, positive corporate culture, helping to foster engagement and teamwork across the organization;
- Maintaining and updating employee personnel records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Skills Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- 2 years of IT recruitment experience is a must;
- Familiarity with HR practices, procedures, and employment laws is an advantage but not required;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
