Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Handle employee records, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and training programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee office supplies and maintenance, liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration and HR functions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Romanian and English languages.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
