With a rich history of weaving high-quality rugs and a commitment to innovation, Moldabela is poised for expansion and seeks a dynamic individual to drive growth in our B2B sales department.

Position Overview
As the Director of B2B Sales, you will lead our sales strategy, guiding a talented team to build key client relationships, shape B2B sales efforts, and drive Moldabela's overall revenue growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales strategies for revenue targets.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key and new B2B clients and partners.
  • Collaborate across teams for seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends for business expansion opportunities.
