About the role:

• The main role of the FP operator is to identify and prevent fraudulent activities by analyzing sales forms.
• Detecting risk factors and making decisions regarding the verification process.
• Contacting banks to verify customer's credit card details.
• Browsing the internet to gather information about passengers.

Requirements / Skills and Competencies:

• Intermediate English level
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Teamwork skills
• Capability to work productively during night shifts (10PM - 6AM)
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Familiarity with CRM

Responsibilities:

• Making decisions regarding the verification process.
• Acting promptly and securely.

• Working experience in night shifts.
