US Software Solutions is looking for a Fleet Manager who will be responsible for monitoring, utilization, maintenance, reporting, inventory of company’s Fleet Program.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle life cycle management;
• Asignment, utilization, maintenance, replacement and disposal of Fleet vehicles;
• Serve as the primary contact concerning fleet operations;
• Collaborate with the Fleet Management Partners on daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks;
• Monitor day-to-day activity of company Fleet;
• Resolve escalations on all Fleet related matters;
• Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement for the Fleet program;
• Vehicle, gas cards, GPS inventory management;
• Report, analyze, and action Fleet data to optimize the program;
• Participate in meetings with suppliers, internal stakeholders, management;
• Query, download, manipulate and interpret reporting files and multiple spreadsheets;

Qualifications:

• At least 1 years of experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Proficient verbal and written Engilsh skills;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and work without supervision.
