Fitness & Wellness Manager

Main responsibilities:
- Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintains an excellent standard of customer service;
- Keen business sense and knowledge of effective marketing strategies to ensure the most valuable outcome for the company;
- Creates favorable conditions for successful running of the Fitness & Wellness business;
- Focuses on results permanently increasing profitability of the health club activities;
- Creates a good image of Fitness & Wellness Club on the local market and focuses on long-term guests loyalty programs.

Personal requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in similar position;
- Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian knowledge;
