As a Truck Dispatcher, You Will

• Talk to company representatives (brokers/shippers) to negotiate the best price for loads
• Ensure trucks are always booked with cargo
• Plan drivers’ routes from Point A to Point B across the USA
• Coordinate and assist multiple drivers to ensure efficient, on-time load delivery
• Resolve any issues or emergencies during transit quickly and effectively

Who You Are

• You have at least 6 months of experience as a dispatcher in the U.S. trucking industry
• Fluent in english - strong communication skills are essential
• Great communicator & problem-solver - you negotiate effectively and handle challenges under pressure
• Team player - you work well independently but also thrive in a collaborative environment
• Have the ability to keep track of multiple loads, trucks, and timelines without missing a beat
• Available to work on-site (Chisinau office): Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
