We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to help drive our business forward. This role is ideal for a driven individual passionate about sales, logistics, and growing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients through daily outbound sales calls, presenting our services and securing new business.
  • Email Campaigns: Create, manage, and execute targeted email campaigns to engage
  • prospects, follow up with leads, and turn interest into business.
  • Market Research & Prospecting: Conduct thorough market research to identify promising leads in untapped markets. Use industry insights to stay ahead of trends, ensuring Ford Freight CO remains competitive.
  • Lead Qualification: Evaluate potential clients based on our criteria and pass them to the sales team for closing. This ensures our sales efforts focus on high-value prospects.
  • Collaboration with Operations: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight logistics and high client satisfaction. Provide key insights that help the ops team optimize the process.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets: Consistently exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, emails, and lead generation. Help drive the overall sales success of the company.

  • Client Service Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term, trusting relationships.

  • Industry Knowledge: A strong grasp of the U.S. trucking and freight market is essential, including familiarity with regulations and market trends. This knowledge enables effective navigation of logistics and helps identify growth opportunities to meet client needs.
