As a Customer Relationship Manager at B My Guest, you'll ensure top-notch service from inquiry to departure, building strong guest relationships with our guests.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts and maintain communication.
  • Address inquiries and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM software for data management.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • English and Russian languages
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
