The Customer Coordinator at Nova Lines plays a crucial role in driving customer acquisition. The main responsibility is to reach out to potential customers via calls and emails to generate leads and onboard direct customers. The role involves researching potential clients, categorizing leads by region, and gathering key customer information to pass to the Load Acquisition & Planning Manager for final onboarding.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to potential customers to drive acquisition.
  • Identify and qualify new customer opportunities by gathering key shipping and logistical information.
  • Research and categorize potential customers by region to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Load Acquisition & Planning Manager to hand off qualified leads for onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Service team and support ongoing customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
  • Background in logistics or sales fields to facilitate a smoother transition into the role;
  • Responsible, Positive, Adaptable;
  • Ability to do routine Sales tasks;
  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
