Job Description:
- Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance by chat, e-mail and phone.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus.
- Experience in logistics is an advantage.
