At EBS Integrator, as a Content Specialist  you will play a crucial role in crafting, managing, and optimizing engaging content across multiple platforms to support the organization’s marketing and branding goals. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and enhance its online presence. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing and branding goals.
• Optimize content using SEO principles to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Research audience preferences and buyer personas to create tailored strategies.
• Monitor and analyze social media KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.

Job requirements: 

• B2B experience is a plus. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. 
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and knowledge of their best practices. 
• Basic understanding of SEO principles. 
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, and social media trends. 
• Experience with audience and buyer persona research. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian. 
• Ability to track and interpret social media KPIs.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A responsible, problem-solving, and results-driven attitude.
