Content Creator / SMM Manager

Business Plane Logistics is an international company specialized in time-critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Chisinau.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Promote the Company: Develop and execute social media strategies to showcase the company, its services, and values across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Promote the President: Highlight and promote the achievements and vision of the company’s president through content such as interviews, speeches, and updates.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at events and online, ensuring the company’s image is consistently portrayed in a positive and professional manner.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos that showcase our services, company milestones, and the president’s leadership.
  • Event Assistance: Assist in organizing and supporting company events and activities, ensuring they align with the company’s mission while promoting them across social media channels.
  • Engagement & Community Building: Foster engagement with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong community around our brand and services.
  • Travel: Be available to travel to various events and meetings as a representative of the company.

Requirements:

• English level (B2 - C1) at least, in order to communicate effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• Romanian and Russian will be an advantage
• Female, with a confident and outgoing personality to represent the company and its president effectively.
• Proven experience in social media management or as a brand ambassador.
• Ability to create compelling, high-quality content (images, videos, etc.) for social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both online and in-person, to interact with our audience and represent the company.
• Experience with promoting personal brands, specifically for executives or company leaders, is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently and managing tasks within a 4-hour workday.
